On March 23rd, 2015 the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) plans to open the second FY2015 Homemaker Notice of Intent (NOI) to Contract process.
The Homemaker NOI is the process Home Care agencies must complete if they are interested in contracting with the State’s network of 27 Aging Services Access Points(ASAPs) to provide Homemaker and Personal Care services through State Home Care program.
- The FY2015 Homemaker NOI Application, Instructions and Guidance Documents can be found on: https://noi.800ageinfo.com.
- Announcements regarding the FY2015 NOI process will be posted to this website (http://hnoi-announce.800ageinfo.com).
** UPDATED DOCUMENTS TO BE POSTED BY FRIDAY MARCH 20th 2015**
Home Care agencies that previously completed the online Homemaker NOI process do not need to complete the FY15 Homemaker NOI application again this year.
However, you will need to confirm/update your corporate data within your approved application if any data has changed. If a Provider’s information is staying the same, no action needs to be taken.
FY15 Homemaker Notice of Intent (HNOI) Schedule
Application Open: |
March 23, 2015 |
Application Close: |
June 30, 2015 |
Application Review Period: |
45 days from Submission Date/Re-Submission Date |
During the review period, we ask that providers refrain from contacting EOEA or ASAPs on the status of their application. Each provider that has completed the application will be notified within the application review period whether or not their application has been approved.
EOEA will be leaving the NOI application open as long as possible. EOEA reserves the right to close the application period at any time to conduct system and/or document updates. Any application that have been submitted prior to the closing will be reviewed and either approved or rejected.
We will keep rejected NOI Applications available for 90 days from the rejection date for purposes of re-submission. Otherwise a new Application will need to be created and submitted. We are requesting that existing providers update their corporate data annually each April if there have been changes.
For any providers that were previously rejected, including the 1st FY15 NOI Period from June 2nd - 22nd 2014, you must submit a new application.
